We proudly offer a 90-day money back guarantee. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

How to Request a Refund

Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund.

Important:

  • Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.

  • In some cases, you may be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us.
